Sodium perborate is a white, odorless, water-soluble chemical compound often used as a disinfectant, bleach, detergent, and cleaning agent. Its chemical formula is NaBO3. In laundry detergents and dishwashing products, it is primarily used for its ability to remove stains and whiten clothes.
