With the rapid development of technology and industrial economy, the problem of air pollution is becoming more and more serious all over the world. The harmful gases will do great harm to human health and ecological environment. And automobile exhaust gas and industrial exhaust gas emissions are the main sources of air pollution. In order to solve this problems, the installation of gas catalytic purifier is a widely used purification method in all countries. When it burns for work, automobile engine emits a lot of toxic gas such as carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx). These toxic gases can be converted into harmless carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O) and nitrogen (N2) with a conversion efficiency of up to 95%-99% by installing catalytic converter in tail gas system. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the main source of industrial waste gas and contain many types. The use of catalytic combustion method by catalytic equipment can convert VOCs into the carbon dioxide and water that are harmless to human body and the environment, and then achieving the purpose of purification. It is worth mentioning that the catalyst is the core of gas catalytic purifier. Today, a variety of emissions control catalysts have been developed.
Catalyst consists of substrate, coating and active ingredient. Substrate acts as the basic framework of catalyst and is mainly used to maintain the mechanical strength of catalyst. Coating is added on the substrate surface to increase the specific surface area of substrate and enhance the adhesion of the active ingredient on the substrate. The active ingredient is the key part of the catalyst, which can provide the catalytic active site required by the reaction.

Description: The TWC can catalyze oxidation of exhaust gas pollutants of CO, HC and NOx. It has good mechanical strength, thermal stability and catalytic activity.
Basic reactions: NOx + CO → N2 + CO2
NOx + H2 → N2 + H2O
CO + O2 → CO2
HC + O2 → CO2 + H2O
Main components: Pt, Pd, Rh
Applications: Light duty gasoline engines, hybrid & alternative fuels engines, motorcycles & small engines
Description: The NSC can remove NOx from a lean gas stream and convert it into N2.
Basic principle: The NSC works in two steps: storage and catalytic reduction. First, NOx is adsorbed with alkali metal oxides. Then NOx will be catalytically reduced to NO2 and NO through heating, and continue to N2.
Main components: Pd, Pt, Rh with rare earth oxide (REO)
Applications: Light duty gasoline engines, hybrid & alternative fuels engines, diesel engines
Description: The DOC can catalyze hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxide (NO) from diesel vehicles.
Basic reactions:
NO + O2 → NO2
CO + O2 → CO2
HC + O2 → CO2 + H2O
Main components: Pt, Pd
Applications: Light duty diesel engines, heave duty diesel engines, hybrid & alternative fuels engines
Description: The SCR works by selective reduction of NOx (NO and NO2) to nitrogen (N2) across a catalyst.
Basic reactions:
Without NO2: standard SCR:
4NH3 + 4NO + O2 → 4N2 + 6H2O
With NO2: fast SCR:
4NH3 + 2NO + 2NO2 → 4N2 + 6H2O
Main components: Fe, Cu, V
Applications: Light duty diesel engines, heave duty diesel engines, hybrid & alternative fuels engines
Description: The product has the characteristics of high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, long service life, small airflow resistance and high strength, etc.
Main components: The product was prepared by using cordierite honeycomb ceramic as carrier and Pd and Pt as active ingredient.
Specification: Square (100*100*50 mm), cylindrical (49*49*49 mm), particle (with diameter of 4-8 mm). It can be customized according to your demands.
Applications: The product is widely used in chemical industry, coal chemical industry, paint, enameled wire, coating, oven, and other industries.
Description: The product can greatly improve the control level of incinerator emissions and give play to the advantages of high activity and temperature resistance in treatment process of the secondary flue gas combustion, so that the flue gas has been fully treated.
Main components: The product was prepared by using cordierite honeycomb ceramic as carrier, rare earth material as coating and Pd, Pt as active ingredient.
Specification: Square (150*150*50 mm), cylindrical (150*50 mm), particle (with diameter of 3-5 mm). It can be customized according to your demands.
Applications: The product is mainly used in waste incinerator and waste carbonation digestion furnace.
